LAHORE, MAR 2019: In line with our corporate strategic intent of talent management hire, develop and retain best-in-class human resources, CCL’s Training Function recently organized a series of Sales Diamonds workshops in Multan, Karachi, Hyderabad, Lahore and Islamabad respectively. Over 216 participants from Pharmaceuticals and Consumer Healthcare attended these workshops which aimed to equip sales managers to identify, acquire, develop and retain talent. The workshops were held in collaboration with a renowned sales trainer Ashraf Chaudhry.
In the opening addresses, Dr. Shahzad Khan, Chief Operating Officer and Muhammad Akram, Commercial Director highlighted the importance of hiring, developing and retaining appropriate talent. They drew the attention of participants to the severe shortage of talent in the pharmaceutical industry and encouraged to hire fresh incumbents provided they are coachable.
