Mercer Total Remuneration Post-Survey meeting was held in PC Lahore on November 20, 2019 where 164 companies participated from across Pakistan. The session highlighted the results, data insights and trends followed by a constructive question/answer session and live poll about the current practices organisations are exercising at their workplace.
There was an interactive panel discussion comprising of panelists from Pepsi, CCL, Descon and Abacus Consulting. CCL was represented by Shoaib Ahmed – Chief HR Officer (CHRO) in the panel discussion where he shared his views about Economic Challenges in Pakistan and their impact on Remuneration and Reward strategies.
