Dilawar Hussain Foundation held a free medical camp on 26 September, 2019 at the DHF Primary School, in collaboration with Novo Nordisk Pharma (Private) Limited, Pakistan. The objective of the camp was to provide free healthcare service to the marginalized communities dwelling in urban slums. It was attended by 158 patients including students of Dilawar Hussain Foundation Primary School, their siblings and parents who got free medicines and medical advice.
During the camp Mr Mohammad Ahsan from Novo Nordisk Pharma provided free nutritional consultancy whereas Dr Shazia Khan, family physician of Dilawar Hussain Foundation provided medical advice, curative, preventive, and diabetes advice and referral.
